02 / BEFORE THE FINISH
The finished surface is only part of the project. A clear scope gives preparation, access and installation the attention they need.
Talk through the detailsReview dimensions, access, removal, drainage and how you’ll use the space.
Discuss site preparation, materials, finish, scope responsibilities and timing before proceeding.
Owners Jerell and Liberty work together, with additional experienced specialists involved when the scope calls for them.
03 / THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE WORK
We founded North Central Concrete & Patios to bring experienced concrete work and direct owner involvement to residential projects.
Our team’s background includes more than 10 years of concrete experience, including work with a large company in Norwalk, Ohio. After completing many successful independent projects, we decided to build a business of our own.
That experience spans slabs, patios, sidewalks, curbs and driveways. We take pride in high-quality work, bring in additional expertise when needed, and aim to get the details right from the start.
You can speak directly with us about your project. We want you to understand the work, know the next step and feel comfortable asking questions.

Start with your town, rough dimensions and a few site photos. Contact the owner for your area, or prepare an email below.

A FEW DETAILS
Call, text or email your location, project type and rough dimensions. Site photos help with the first conversation; the property and scope need review before a final quote.
Ask about our remaining 2026 schedule openings. Once those are filled, we’re booking for spring 2027. We’ll review your scope, site and suitable weather before agreeing on timing; an enquiry does not reserve a date.
Yes. Contact us about defined flatwork and subcontract scopes. Send the location, dimensions, specifications, responsibilities and desired timing so we can review fit and onboarding requirements.
Local requirements and project specifications are reviewed for the scope. Curbs and right-of-way work may require additional approvals. Fall installations depend on suitable ground and weather conditions and an appropriate placement and curing plan.
Good work starts with good connections.
